Reporting Relationship The Catering Assistant will report to Catering Supervisor or Designated Officer Purpose of the Post To Support the Catering Department in meeting the food service needs of all Patients/Clients and Staff of University Hospital Kerry. Principal Duties and Responsibilities ·        Maintain a high standard of hygiene in all areas complying at all times with the Food Hygiene Regulations and the HACCP system. And Have attained such standard of education as would enable him/her to discharge the duties of the post satisfactorily. Health A candidate for and any person holding the office must be fully competent and capable of undertaking the duties attached to the office and be in a state of health such as would indicate a reasonable prospect of ability to render regular and efficient service. Character Each candidate for and any person holding the office must be of good character.
