About the role We are seeking a collaborative and strategic Project Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team in the successful delivery of new store openings for a leading retailer. Skills and experience - Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the Irish construction industry. - Experience as a Client Representative on medium to large-scale projects in Ireland. - Strong knowledge of contract administration, including RIAI, JCT, PWC, FIDIC, and NEC contracts. - Background in consulting engineering or multidisciplinary consultancy. - Expertise in project planning, cost control, and risk management within the Irish regulatory framework. - Experience managing procurement, tendering, and claims under the Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF). - Knowledge of Health & Safety (HSA) requirements, BCAR, and planning regulations. - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and reporting software. - A relevant degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or Building Surveying. - Chartered status (or working towards it) with a relevant professional body is an advantage. About the role As a Senior Financial Accountant reporting to the financial director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, analysis, and strategic decision-making. About the role As a Road Safety Auditor, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating road infrastructure to identify safety risks, ensuring compliance with road safety standards, and contributing to the development of safer transport systems across the country. You will work closely with engineering teams, local authorities, and contractors to improve road safety across new and existing road networks through the defined Road Safety Audit process. The Role: The Health and Safety Senior Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the company's policies and procedures across the group, with an initial focus on ORS. The successful candidate will ensure consistent compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and foster a culture of Health and safety. This position will require a proactive individual who can work closely with multiple departments to manage risk, drive continuous improvement in Health and Safety performance, and maintain ORS’s commitment to a safe working environment. About the role ORS is one of the leading fire engineering companies in Ireland. Our fire safety team consists of experienced and dynamic professionals, dedicated to providing the best fire safety service for our clients. We currently require an experienced fire safety engineer to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical, on-time and on-budget delivery of a range of fire engineering projects. About you The role is ideal for professionals with strong technical backgrounds looking for the next step in their building consultancy career. The successful candidate will be interested in developing detailed design solutions while playing a lead role in delivering a range of exciting fire protection engineering projects. As a senior member of the team, you will be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvements with responsibility for attending on-site, client and design team meetings and preparing fire safety and disability access applications for a broad range of markets. It is envisioned that this role will be at the associate director level. Skills and experience - A bachelor’s degree (Level 8) in fire engineering. - At least five years’ relevant experience. - Self-motivation. - High level verbal and written communication skills. - A strong focus on time and resource management. - Excellent communication and computer skills. - Excellent people management and project execution capability. - Chartered status is preferable but not essential. - Full clean driving license.
