About the role​

We are seeking a collaborative and strategic Project Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team in the successful delivery of new store openings for a leading retailer. This role will oversee projects from feasibility and design through planning, approvals, and construction, ensuring stores open on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

As a leader, you will foster an inclusive and supportive environment, empowering your team to deliver innovative retail spaces that align with our brand vision. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, mentorship, and problem-solving, ensuring seamless execution across all project phases.

About you

- Proven experience in managing design and construction projects from feasibility through completion.

- A collaborative leadership style that supports and empowers team members.

- Strong project planning and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively.

- Experience navigating approvals, permits, and regulatory requirements.

- A passion for mentorship and team development, creating opportunities for growth within your team.

- A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace, where diverse perspectives and ideas are valued.

​Skills and experience​​

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or Civil/Structural Engineering. - 4-7 years of experience in construction project management, preferably consultancy- Previous experience in managing/co-ordinating multiple projects.- Ability to demonstrate experience in previous client facing roles.- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software. - Familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions an advantage.- Attention to detail and collaborative communication skills essential. ​What’s in it for you
