About the role
As a Graduate Marketing Executive, you will be a key member of the Marketing and Design team, gaining hands-on experience across a variety of marketing disciplines. This role is perfect for someone eager to develop skills in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
From end-to-end campaign management and social media to website updates, event planning, and email marketing, you’ll work across all areas of marketing, ensuring a varied and engaging role.

About you
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with service teams – work with our ten service lines to understand their needs, target audiences, and pain points, helping to shape marketing strategies.
- Create engaging content – support with the development of blog posts, infographics, videos, and marketing materials that showcase our expertise and culture.
- Ensure brand consistency – maintain compliance with brand guidelines and quality standards across all marketing materials.
- Support digital marketing initiatives – assist with SEO, website content, email marketing campaigns, and paid advertising strategies.
- Support social media – help plan and execute content across LinkedIn and other platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Coordinate photo and video projects – support with the planning and organisation of photo and video shoots to showcase projects, team members, and company culture.
- Conduct market research – stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in digital and traditional marketing.
- Analyse marketing performance – monitor key marketing metrics and help evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Skills & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Creative mindset with a strong interest in marketing.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or MailChimp is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with video editing tools is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly as part of a high-performing team.
