A minimum of 3 years’ experience of programme or project experience working within the community and voluntary sector. 2. Practical experience of developing positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders across the community and voluntary sector.  3. Experience in staff management and/or co-ordinating team activities.  4. Practical experience developing Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks and monitoring progress against key outcomes.  5. Experience of analysing complex financial and non-financial information and producing recommendations to management.  6. A current UK Driving License with access to a car.
