The Successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring we deal with all our customers in a professional, polite, and timely manner via inbound phone calls and emails. Key Responsibilities Customer Service: To be a point of contact for our inbound customer calls & dedicated Customer Service email address forwarding queries on to relevant department if not suitable for our division; liaising with Customer Service Supervisor on anything you are unsure of To deal with order entry, reporting and invoicing needs for customers, some of whom would be on specific deadlines. Entering and updating the requested calls accurately on the system for dispatch Sourcing new sales opportunities through the inbound calls for any services/products the customer does not currently have with Enva and acting on these accordingly. Build a knowledge of ADR and waste solutions for our customers. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure Logistics Work alongside Logistics Co Ordinators on a daily basis; assisting with routing, Logistics paperwork, dealing with drivers and liaising with customers if required. Leave cover for Logistics Co Ordinators when they are out of the office. When covering for leave for the Logistics CoOrdinator, this person will be solely responsible for Logistics. Responsible for the most cost efficient and effective routing of any relevant customer orders that have been placed by the Customer Service Administrators, optimising the capacity available. Responsible for ensuring all paperwork to go with each driver is correct and meets the necessary requirements. Analysing works carried out from the previous day to determine results. These duties are not limited to the above and can be amended to suit the changing needs of our Customer Service Team and our business. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 3rd level qualification in a Business/ related discipline would be a distinct advantage. 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role. Computer literate with very strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook and CRM databases Relevant experience in a customer service/ sales support role is essential.
