Business Development Analyst & Admin

Job Overview:

H&MV Engineering is seeking a highly skilled BD Analyst to join our dynamic Business Development team. This role is critical in supporting the BD function through precise reporting, effective communication, and seamless adaptation to various scenarios and tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, data analytics tool, and CRM systems, with an exceptional eye for detail and the ability to present data-driven insights in a clear, compelling manner.

Key Responsibilities

Data Reporting & Analysis:

• Extract, analyse, and prepare reports from CRM systems.
• Maintain sales, regional, KAM, and Board-level reports.
• Provide accurate and timely ad hoc reports.

Presentation & Communication:

• Create polished presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a communication bridge between the BD team and other departments.

CRM & Software Management:

• Maintain and update CRM systems.
• Adapt to various software tools and provide support for BD projects.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement improvements in reporting processes.
• Collaborate with BD teams to optimize CRM and reporting tools.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to meet reporting needs.
• Support BD team members with data-driven solutions.

Requirements:

• Relevant 3rd Level Qualification.
• Previous experience in similar role within a business development or sales environment
• Proven track record of data management, reporting, and presentation creation.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, data analytics tool.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Adaptability to different scenarios, tasks, and software platforms.
