Divisional Retail Trainer

Working closely with the L&D team and RST team, you will attend and deliver content at national events, providing guidance and coaching to in-store trainers, to ensure stores achieve great performance. You’ll also work with the Apprenticeship Team to ensure OFSTED standards are adhered to, maintaining high standards of training and development.
