We are looking for an Administrator to join the Ireland Procurement department based in Burnfoot, Co Donegal. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Update and review Vertiv reports including Isave, Powerbi etc. 
  • Prepare reports and presentations for the Ireland Procurement team. 
  • Analyse data and reporting the results to the Procurement team. 
  • Prepare samples and ship to potential suppliers as required. 
  • Monthly updates on supplier performance, including payment terms, PDSL lead times and quality performance for the senior team review. Oracle updates - pricing, lead times, maintain supplier data. New supplier set up through Datazen.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 GCSE’s including English and Maths 
  • Excellent IT skills, be computer literate in Office Systems – MS Office, Word, Excel 
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Display initiative, be positive and enthusiastic. 
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the process of continuous review and improvement. 
  • Good attention to detail and be flexible and proactive. 
  • 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment desirable
