The ultimate goal is to ensure efficient and cost-effective lease pool management that supports fleet stability and meets organizational objectives.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Optimize Pool Size and Cost:<ul><li>Ensure that the size of the lease pool is optimal to meet demand without incurring unnecessary costs.</li><li>Analyse current pool size, forecast future needs, and adjust the pool size accordingly. Implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.</li></ul>New Commercial Agreements for Lease Pool:<ul><li>Establish new commercial agreements to support the lease pool.</li><li>Identify potential partners, negotiate terms, and formalize agreements.</li></ul>Manage Owned Pool Allocation for LEAP and CFM56:<ul><li>Efficiently allocate owned pool resources for LEAP and CFM56 engines.</li><li>Analyse demand, allocate resources accordingly, and ensure optimal utilization.</li></ul>Support Fleet Stability for LEAP and CFM56:<ul><li>Ensure the stability and reliability of the fleet.</li><li>Monitor fleet performance, address issues promptly, and implement preventive measures.</li></ul>Provide Leadership to Team on Operations and Logistics:<ul><li>Lead and guide the team in managing operations and logistics.</li><li>Set clear goals, provide support and training, and ensure efficient operations.</li></ul>Develop Capable Team to Transform Strategic Approach to Lease Pool Management in Partnership with Safran:<ul><li>Build a strong team to enhance lease pool management strategies.</li><li>Recruit, train, and develop team members, and foster a collaborative partnership with Safran.</li></ul>Partner Across CES Product Line GMs to Establish Standard Practices and GE Aerospace Strategy for Lease Pool Management:<ul><li>Collaborate with General Managers across CES product lines to standardize practices and develop a cohesive strategy.</li><li>Engage with GMs, share best practices, and align on strategic goals.</li></ul>Relevant Experience and SkillsExperience with Lease Pool:<ul><li>Proven experience in managing lease pools for aircraft engines, including tasks such as optimizing pool size, cost management, and ensuring fleet stability.</li><li>Analytical skills to assess pool requirements, negotiation skills for lease agreements, and strategic planning to optimize pool operations.</li></ul>Experience with Campaigns:<ul><li>Familiarity with the processes and operations of structuring, negotiating, and closing complex deals.</li><li>Strong negotiation and deal-making skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and experience in structuring financial and commercial terms.</li></ul>Experience with Customers and Lessors:<ul><li>Extensive experience in interfacing with customers and lessors, building and maintaining relationships, and influencing decision-makers at all levels.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to understand customer needs, and experience in customer relationship management.</li></ul>Technical/Engineering and Fleet Model Experience &amp; Acumen:<ul><li>Strong technical and engineering background, with specific experience in fleet management and modelling.</li><li>Technical knowledge of aircraft engines, ability to analyse fleet performance data, and experience in developing and implementing fleet management strategies.</li></ul>Experience with Value Sell Creation:<ul><li>Proven ability to create and communicate value propositions to customers, demonstrating the benefits and ROI of products and services.</li><li>Strong sales and marketing skills, ability to develop compelling value propositions, and experience in value-based selling techniques.</li></ul>Market Strategy Experience:<ul><li>Experience in developing and executing market strategies to drive business growth and competitive advantage.</li><li>Strategic thinking, market analysis, and ability to develop and implement go-to-market strategies.</li></ul>Strong Team Leadership and Talent Development:<ul><li>Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.</li><li>Leadership and mentoring skills, ability to build and develop talent, and experience in team management and development.</li></ul>Strong Operating Background, MRO &amp;
