Day-to-day duties for this role would include assisting Project Engineers in designing and commissioning Automation Control Systems, Environmental Monitoring Systems and Building Management Systems. It would be the expectation that the Placement Student would also lead their own project before the end of their placement year. The student would also be trained and have exposure to a number of existing control and monitoring systems and would assist in the normal maintenance duties. This role will expose and expand your knowledge across the pharmaceutical sector as well as programming, project management, analytical & problem-solving skills, data management and attention to detail. This is currently a team of 25 including: · 1x Engineering Director. · 2x System Delivery/Support Managers. · 22x Project/Support Engineers. Working Pattern This role will be based on a flex working pattern. This means you can work between the hours of 7am – 7pm with a requirement to work the core hours of 10am – 4pm. Starting salary will be the minimum of the scale and pay progression will be as per current NICS pay policy.
