ICT Support Analyst, Grade IV Purpose of the Role: The primary purpose of the ICT Support Analyst, Grade IV, is to manage Level 1 calls and serve as the first point of contact for all hospital-related IT incidents and service requests. Essential Criteria: Essential Skills and Qualifications: · Education: A relevant ICT qualification (certificate/diploma in IT, computer science, or related field). · Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an ICT support role, preferably within a healthcare or hospital environment. Technical Skills: · Basic understanding of networking principles (e.g., IP, DNS, DHCP) and IT infrastructure. · Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues in Windows operating systems. · Experience with remote desktop tools, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and hospital-specific applications.
