GRADE: 6 JOB PURPOSE: The Lead GIS Analyst will assist in the strategic development of GIS in coordination with the NIHE Corporate IT Strategy, including the development and implementation of the IT Strategy recommendations via the provision of GIS services, project management, application development, data management & analysis and customer advice, consultancy and training. Project Support Assistant
Purpose and Function of Post To provide a comprehensive administration service, within the Development Department, to include research and monitoring, assist with budgeting of the plan, project delivery , grant and partner applications and proposals, funding claims, evaluation, financial payments, reports to relevant partners and funders, and minutes, claims and audits from the funding body and communications and promotion’. To work as part of a team to support projects & facilities to achieve the required outcomes, delivery within timescales in line with service and /or programme objectives’. The Council may retain a list of reserve candidates arising from this recruitment campaign, for any vacancies which may arise which are the same or similar and are of an equal grade of pay. Strategic Development Manager, Temporary
The post holder will be responsible for the management of several complex and ambitious strategic projects for the betterment of the Borough its City, Towns, and Villages. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring a correlation between the projects and the Council’s Corporate Plan priorities. A focus of the role will be collaborative working with external funders and the identification of potential new funding opportunities, ensuring the correct management of governance processes are implemented throughout.
