Handle all customer queries and ensure they are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction and company requirements Ensure all sales paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner to ensure the completion of the sales process in a satisfactory manner. Attend training meetings and courses as required. Assist Sales team with deliveries of new/used sales from pushing lines at PDI, VIS, invoicing, handover and chasing of debt. Ensure all customer contact is recorded on Kerridge, and the salesperson kept up to date To ensure customers are kept fully informed by receiving appropriate correspondence and telephone calls throughout the process (Inc. production confirmed and delivery letters). Keeping customers informed of unavoidable delays. Updating the status of each sale, from point of order to handover. To obtain insurance documentation, details of address etc. in advance of collection. Vehicle handover cannot proceed without all the necessary documentation completed. Registering New Commercial Vehicles Administrating Used Car Warranties Processing extended factory warranties Ensuring the overall handover targets are met at each month end Ensure deal files meet Sytner audit requirements.
