We also pack commercial drug products into bottles, blisters and sachets and provide specialised packaging solutions for medical kits, vials and syringes. Operating from our state-of-the-art facility in Dundalk, we label, pack and distribute Advanced Temperature Medicinal Products requiring ultra-low temperature handling. The expert services we provide support the provision of medicines and treatments to patients around the world. Due to the ongoing expansion of our business, an opportunity has become available to join our Packaging Operations in the role of Production Shift Manager. The Production Shift Manager will work under the direction of the Operations Director and will manage all shift staff across all packaging operations. This role drives the supervisory management team and takes responsibility for material consumption, labour cost, and output, ensuring the highest standards of housekeeping and good practice are achieved in all areas at all times. Refer to the attached Job Description for full details of the role and responsibilities. Previous experience in a management role within a packaging operation is essential for this role. The successful candidate will have a proven sales ability, coupled with excellent organisational and communication skills, along with a genuine desire to deliver a first-rate customer experience.
