Your role will involve the planning and management of transition programme to move Kerry Ireland to its own independent ICT platform and putting in place the structure, governance, team and partnerships required to operate this platform in a resilient and efficient manner to meet the business requirements of Kerry Dairy Ireland. Key Responsibilities Team Management KDI will require the building of an ICT team to support the transition and ultimately operate the target ICT platform. This role will be responsible for designing the ICT operating model, hiring the ICT team and putting in place the required agreements with ICT business partners to deliver ICT services. A key aspect of this responsibility will be defining and agreeing the ICT operating model to meet the business needs. Operations Management Once the transition has been completed KDI, will require an operations management structure that will support the day-to-day operation of the business. This will include provision of 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support, security, resilience and business continuity services. This role will be accountable for the design and operation of the KDI operations management approach and solution including partner support as required and agreed with the KDI business. Business Engagement Engagement with the KDI business will be critical to managing the transition activities and designing and operating the future ICT solution. This role will be responsible for ensuring that a governance structure is implemented that will support business engagement on an ongoing basis through the transition and ultimate operations activities.
