Key Accountabilities: · Support the design and implementation of the Non Food category sales development plan, adapting and modifying as necessary to an ever evolving and dynamic marketplace. · Develop a collaborative relationship with the Non Food Category Manager and further develop the local provenance proposition in your region. · Support the regional sales teams on delivery of their sales growth plans. · Build effective relationships with key customers and stakeholders both internally and externally. · Proactively embody and promote a culture of opportunity, equality, and diversity. Requirements: · 3+ years’ experience in Non Food sales · The ability to read, analyse and interpret financial data and reports. · Strong and effective communication skills including presentation, networking, and negotiating. · Salesforce experience. · A proactive approach to customer needs and the ability to build and maintain partnerships. · Full clean Drivers Licence Core Competencies: · Understanding Your Customers – acts as a role model in personal approach to internal and external customer goals. Tipperary A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for Director of Nursing (Band 4) Disability Services from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled. Purpose of the Post The purpose of this post is to ensure that appropriate governance is provided to this service. The post holder will be required to register as a PPIM of the services with HIQA and also as a PIC if necessary for service need. Challenges include the multi-site nature of the service and the complexity of presenting support needs of the service users. · The Director of Nursing will be responsible for the overall management of the service for Residents in Damien House Regional Service, in line with HSE Corporate Governance. They will provide strategic leadership, operating in accordance with the policies of the HSE and in collaboration with other professionals and service managers in achieving service goals. · The post holder will be responsible for Clinical Governance for the residents ensuring safety and quality assurance in line with best practice. · The Director of Nursing has a pivotal role in creating the vision and culture for the service, having overarching responsibility for service planning, coordination and management of activity and resources and leading on the implementation of change. They will empower staff to support residents to continue to exercise independence. · They will have a pivotal role in providing leadership for the service, leading and supporting the service in response to the emerging needs of an increasing changing needs of the population and changing service delivery structures.
