JOB DESCRIPTION: Main duties: 1.    Assisting the Early Years Educator leader in the day-to-day running of the pre-school. 2.    Helping to provide a stimulating and varied programme of play and learning opportunities. 3.    Ensure the safety and well-being of the children. 4.    Undertake a key worker role with specific children. 5.    Ensure high standards of care for all children. 6.    Maintain accurate children’s records. 7.    Develop and maintain good relationships with parents and provide them with feedback on their child’s day. 8.    Making sure Bebe’s main goal is achieved daily: ALL THE CHILDREN IN OUR CARE ARE HAPPY!
