Key Responsibilities You will be learning and developing new and practical craft-related skills, knowledge and competence by: Assembly and installation of electrical equipment using hand tools and power tools. Pulling, glanding and termination of cabling systems Diagnosis of malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a fault and correct the problem. Installation of Cable management systems e.g. cable ladder/tray Installation of HV circuit breakers, transformers, or other components. Inspection of electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous. Qualifications & Skills Minimum O5 in Leaving Certificate Maths. (Electrical, higher for E & I) Up-to-date Safe Pass and Manual Handling Training Certifications.
