Apprentice & Trainee Co-ordinator

We are hiring an  Apprentice and Trainee Co- Ordinator  based in our head office in  Mallow, Co. Cork . This position is responsible for overseeing and managing the apprenticeship program and development of our traineeship offering, ensuring its successful implementation, and facilitating the professional growth and development of apprentices and trainees. This role involves co-ordinating training and development activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing support to apprentices and trainees to ensure their successful progression and completion of the program. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including senior leaders, managers, mentors, educational institutions, and the apprentices themselves.
