TTM are currently recruiting for HR Generalist to join our People & Culture team in our HQ in Ennis, Co. Clare fo a fixed term period of 12 months. Key Responsibilities: The Ideal Candidate • At least 3-5 year’s experience in Human Resources • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field • Experience working with HR systems • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Self-motivated, results-oriented and driven • Solid computer skills across MS including Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Outlook Why Work with TTM: Wellbeing - Up to 27 days' annual leave, with additional leave for those with 5+ and 10+ years' service. Our catering Assistants have excellent product knowledge, provide outstanding customer service, and above all else are passionate about hospitality. Suitable candidates should have some experience of working in a customer-facing environment, be motivated, have excellent customer care skills, be confident communicators and have a passion for helping people. Experience in a coffee shop / café environment is not essential while the ability to prepare hot drinks is preferable. As a catering assistant, you should be willing to learn and develop yourself, have a desire to succeed and to contribute to our positive team environment as well as promoting our unique brand.
