GRADE: 6 JOB PURPOSE: The postholder will be responsible for the delivery of a customer focused financial inclusion service which embraces the Housing Executive’s culture, current and future legislation, policy and procedures and best practice to customers, who may have a range of vulnerabilities, to reduce financial exclusion among our customers. REQUIREMENTS: 1. i) Have a degree level qualification or equivalent and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working in an advisory role delivering welfare benefits and money/debt advice with a wide ranging knowledge of financial products and services available for customers (Please include dates) Or ii) Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development or experiential learning and at least 3 years’ experience of working in an advisory role delivering welfare benefits and money/debt advice with a wide-ranging knowledge of financial products and services available for customers (Please include dates) APPLICATION PROCESS Application should be made using the on-line application form. Working closely with the Director of People & OD, Director of Finance and Senior Management Team, the Manager will lead on income generation, corporate partnerships and support organisational promotion. The successful candidate will have substantial fundraising and corporate partnership experience, a talent for building relationships and a proven track record in securing funds from foundations, trusts and major donors.
