Job Role Income Generation Manager
(Fixed Term until June 2026 – potential opportunity for this role to become permanent)
Location Head Office, 1 Ravenhill Reach Close, Belfast, BT6 8RB
Salary £39,186 - £44,428 per annum
Hours 37 Hours per week, Monday to Friday
The Role:
The Income Generation Manager will play a key role in supporting sustainability and future development of Cedar’s services across Northern Ireland. Working closely with the Director of People & OD, Director of Finance and Senior Management Team, the Manager will lead on income generation, corporate partnerships and support organisational promotion. The successful candidate will have substantial fundraising and corporate partnership experience, a talent for building relationships and a proven track record in securing funds from foundations, trusts and major donors.

1. Level 6/Degree Level qualification in a relevant discipline and 3 years’ experience generating income from a variety of sources.
OR
A minimum of 6 years’ experience generating income from a variety of sources.
2. At least 3 years' paid experience in an income generation role to include:
4. Demonstratable experience using MS Office packages.
Desirable CriteriaAt least 3 years’ experience of creating and implementing sustainable Income Generation strategies to grow multiple income streams to have value of up to £1million per year. Experience in participating in media interviews. Knowledge of policy issues relating to disability.

Essential Criteria

- Experience of seeking corporate partnerships and/or sponsorship to support charitable aims.
4. Demonstratable experience using MS Office packages.
