Consultant In Palliative Medicine
Post: Consultant in Adult Palliative Medicine Location: Northern Ireland Hospice, 74 Somerton Road, Belfast, BT15 3LH Salary: NHS Consultant Scale Hours: 8 PA/week Reports to: Medical Leads, Northern Ireland Hospice Job Summary: It is envisaged that the post-holder will make key contributions to all aspects of the clinical care of patients. He/she will help to develop palliative medicine within Northern Ireland Hospice and provide care to patients in the inpatient unit and community. They will contribute to the development of staff in the Inpatient, Community Teams and Outpatient Hub Service. In addition, he/she will help in the delivery of education programmes requiring medical input. Interview Date: It is anticipated that interviews will take place on Wednesday 30th April 2025. You will be responsible for ensuring the development and smooth operation of various strategic business systems, such as, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems as part of the Council's strategic objectives and digital transformation.
