Business Systems Manager

A permanent vacancy currently exists within Mid and East Antrim Borough Council for the following post and applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates:-

Business Systems Manager
37 hours per week
Scale P04 and in the range SCP 37-40 (Currently £46,731 - £49,764)
Location: The location of this post will be confirmed upon appointment and flexibility to be based across the Borough will be required.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This role sits within a new Business Systems team within the Council's ICT Services. Reporting to the ICT Manager you will play a key role in developing, managing and enhancing our business services and systems.
You will be responsible for ensuring the development and smooth operation of various strategic business systems, such as, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems as part of the Council's strategic objectives and digital transformation.

Your role will be to oversee the system functionality, user support and training, data analysis, process improvement, troubleshooting and resolution of system-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to Council operations.
