Location of Post: There is currently 1 permanent WTE post available based in the Monaghan CDNT Children Disability Network Services (CDNT) - Community Healthcare Monaghan. A Panel will be formed as a result of this campaign for Speech and Language Therapist, Senior - Children Disability Network Services in CH CDLMS, Cavan Monaghan from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled. Details of Service: The Children Disability Network Services provides support and input to children and young people from age 0 to 18 who have complex needs associated with disabilities. Input and support will be through a Multidisciplinary Team approach, underpinned by Family Centred Practice and Individual Family Service Planning. The Team includes Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Physiotherapists, Social Workers, Administrators, Community Nurse, Dietitian and Pre-School Liaison teacher.
