They will ensure that NIHE "Supporting People" contractual requirements and standards are met and maintained. The Team leader will support the Registered Manager/Deputy Manager to develop and implement personalised care/support plans and individual risk assessments to meet individual needs. They will support the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure the delivery of quality care and support. Team leaders will also support with the management budgets and resources effectively. The Team Leader will mentor and supervise the Support Team. ROSCOMMON JOB REF: 71442 The Role: The Community Facilitator will be involved in the development and implementation of an educational, social, vocational, recreational and personal development programme for adults with an intellectual disability. The successful candidate will have responsibility to fill a key worker role for the people supported by the services. Work as a coordinator for the volunteers in the North Roscommon area and have a keen desire to get the people we support involved in the local community in order to help them actively participate in their locality.The vision of the service is to support people with intellectual disabilities to achieve a full and valued life in their community. Our focus is to form a relationship / partnership with each individual and their family to support people to be valued citizens in their local community and to have ordinary life experiences.
