Office Assistant/ Administrator
Langs Garage is a small family run busy business based in Carrigallen, Co. Leitrim. Langs Garage offer a range of services including vehicle service , vehicle sales, body shop repair, tyre centre and diagnostic evaluation and service.
Langs Garage wish to recruit a part- time ( 20 Hours) office assistant/ administrator.
The suitable candidate must possess the following skill set:
- Excellent time management skills.
- The ability to work as part of a team and on their own iniatitive.
- Possess problem solving skills.
- Be efficient and possess good organisational skills.
- Have good communication skills.
The office assistant/ administrator would assist the accounts administrator with the following tasks:
- Management of accounts, supplier accounts, customer accounts and bank accounts.
- Process purchase orders, sales orders , payments and receipts.
- Assist with the preparation and filing of VAT returns.
- Banking- daily monitoring of bank accounts, weekly and monthly bank reconciliation.
- Communicating with customers and suppliers.
- General administration duties.
Previous experience preferrable but not essential.
This is an on-site, in office position.
Flexible hours available.
Pay negotiable.
