Langs Garage is a small family run busy business based in Carrigallen, Co. Leitrim. Langs Garage offer a range of services including vehicle service , vehicle sales, body shop repair, tyre centre and diagnostic evaluation and service. Langs Garage wish to recruit a part- time ( 20 Hours) office assistant/ administrator. The suitable candidate must possess the following skill set:<ul><li>Excellent time management skills.</li><li>The ability to work as part of a team and on their own iniatitive.</li><li>Possess problem solving skills. </li><li>Be efficient and possess good organisational skills.</li><li>Have good communication skills. </li></ul>The office assistant/ administrator would assist the accounts administrator with the following tasks:<ul><li>Management of accounts, supplier accounts, customer accounts and bank accounts.</li><li>Process purchase orders, sales orders , payments and receipts.</li><li>Assist with the preparation and filing of VAT returns.</li><li>Banking- daily monitoring of bank accounts, weekly and monthly bank reconciliation. </li><li>Communicating with customers and suppliers.</li><li>General administration duties. </li></ul>Previous experience preferrable but not essential. This is an on-site, in office position. Flexible hours available. Pay negotiable.
