The Irish Road Trip are looking to pay someone €22 per hour to sample and review free pints of Guinness!

The pubs that the successful applicant will be visiting are ones known for pouring some of the finest drops in Dublin.

The job in a nutshell: The Irish Road Trip is looking to pay someone (€22 per hour + your pints paid for) to visit and review pubs in Dublin that are known for pouring velvety pints of the black stuff.

What the job involves

The successful applicant will be provided with a ‘hit list’, of sorts (see below).

The list contains a handful of Dublin pubs that are known the island over for the quality of their pint.

The successful applicant will then be required to:

• Visit each pub
• Order a pint
• Consume said pint
• Snap a photo
• And write a 250-word review

It’s that simple.

The pubs you’ll be visiting are

• The Gravediggers
• The Long Haul
• Mulligan’s
• The Strawberry Hall
• Gaffney’s
• Tom Kennedy’s
• Toners

Interested? Here’s what you’ll need to apply

To get yourself in the running for the job you’ll need to:

• Have the ability to string together an enticing pint review
• Be able to snap a high-quality photo of a pint (no fancy camera needed – a snap with a phone is grand!)
• Have space in your calendar to visit each of the 7 pubs above over a four-week period in November and early December
• You’ll obviously need to be over 18 (see t&cs below)
