Medical supply firm to create 200 jobs in Longford

200 jobs are to be created by a US-owned medical supplies company based in Co Longford. Finesse Medical was set up in 2004 and produces products for woundcare and skin treatment, including skin barrier films and protection creams, and silicone and polyurethane foam wound dressings. The announcement is linked to the firm's multi-million euro takeover last year by New York-listed Avery Dennison Corporation.
