Main purpose of the role: Ensure the store`s fresh food departments operate efficiently and effectively and provide our customers with the very best customer service and fresh food offering at all times. The ideal candidate will have/be: - 2 years` experience in a Fresh Food Department is desirable - 1 years` experience in a Supervisor/Manager role is desirable • Excellent communication skills • Good delegation skills • An understanding of how to achieve KPIs and targets • Passion for fresh food.
