The HR Director is responsible for leading and managing the HR function both on a strategic and ongoing day to day operational basis. Based in Dublin, with responsibility for HR services and travel remit across Dublin, North Tipperary/Offaly and Limerick, you will be a business facing HR leader, providing proactive support, advice and solutions. You will be responsible for driving the identification of people management priorities and the development of HRM plans and initiatives to support the Service strategy. Reporting to the CEO, the HR Director will ensure the efficient and effective management of all HR operations and services, to deliver the targets set out in the organisation’s strategic plan.
