About the role RDJ have an exciting opportunity for an associate to join their Commercial Real Estate Team. The team comprises a highly regarded group of real estate lawyers spread across 3 offices in Cork, Dublin and Galway. They share a passion for delivering commercial solutions to the legal issues faced by their clients and take real pride in what they do. This is a permanent role with hybrid working available. Acting for a broad mix of Irish, international, private and public sector clients, the RDJ Real Estate team is known for its experience advising on property acquisitions and sales as well as large-scale lettings and complex asset portfolio transactions. They advise some of Ireland’s leading property developers on high profile developments throughout the country across a number of sectors including commercial, residential, retail, healthcare and hospitality. The team also works closely with other specialist units within the firm to offer coordinated legal advice on areas such as construction, finance, tax and corporate transactions. Background and experience Associates with a range of 0-5 years of commercial property conveyancing experience in leading Irish or international corporate law firm are encouraged to apply. Night Support Worker
Night Support Worker Cork Services Salary €30,807.00 per annum Permanent, full time hours (35 hours) Role This role offers a fantastic opportunity to provide support to our organisation’s services teams in Cork. Depaul is a values-led organisation working with a number of services throughout the Republic and Northern Ireland. This role will report directly to the Local Management Team and will be responsible for responding effectively to service user needs and to security alerts and ensure that the safety, welfare and well-being of the service users are protected throughout the night. This is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse team of talented individuals Location Cork Essential Criteria Have at least 1 years’ experience working in the homelessness field or another suitably related area, desirably in a residential setting OR Level 5 QQI qualification or above in social care, or a suitably related area.
