The purpose of this role is to drive thought leadership and unlock opportunities for growth within the Categories we operate in, both externally in the Irish Grocery Retail trade, internally in cross functional teams and with key stakeholders in the business. The role will involve day-to-day management of our Key Strategic Customers - Build, grow and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships from a Category perspective on the Island of Ireland - Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Championing the consumer and shopper, leveraging strategic thinking and demonstrating actionable insights are at the heart of the role….. this will include Development & execution of leading Category Visions & Strategy with a disproportionate winning share for Kerry. The successful candidate will become a key member of an evolving psychological services team led by the Principal Psychology Manager. We are establishing an interdisciplinary team to provide psychological supports to the Person Centred Wing. The person appointed will work as part of the psychology team and in close collaboration with other clinicians in providing psychological assessment, formulation and a range of interventions to supports to adults with intellectual disabilities and Autistic adults with high support needs. The Muiriosa Foundation promotes a human rights-based approach. Psychologists develop evidence-informed, and values led, interventions collaboratively with the person supported, following comprehensive assessment of each person’s strengths, needs and within the context of their environment. The successful candidate will be required to work flexible hours depending on the needs of the individuals supported and their circles of support.
