St. Michael's House is a community-based organisation committed to providing a quality person centred service and high standard of day service to people with an intellectual disability in the greater Dublin area. The successful candidate be part of a highly skilled creative and motivated multidisciplinary team who provides support to 12 men and women in day service setting and in line with New Directions. The team in Riverside provides diverse models of care to individuals who function within the mild to moderate ranges of intellectual disability and some who have a dual diagnosis in mental health. There is a strong link between the Riverside team and the multidisciplinary team supports are provided on a 2: 1 and 1:1 to one ratios and larger group ratios as well as outreach services. The goal for all is to engage in meaningful activities and be an active participant in the community. .
