BAND: Band 4 (To progress to Band 5 on completion of Year 2 of programme and Band 6 on completion of full programme) JOB PURPOSE: To successfully complete a 3 year development programme within our Project Delivery Department, gaining experience in a broad range of work and projects including completion of training and a relevant qualification. To support the Housing Executive’s Maintenance Programmes, assisting in the delivery of effective maintenance works. This will include supporting the effective commercial management of NIHE's assets, of high-quality works and compliance related investment. To assist in the delivery of a high-quality customer focused and cost-effective Asset Management service to the NIHE’s tenants. To contribute to the provision of a modern, professional and responsive service to support NIHE business delivery and our vision and values. REQUIREMENTS: 1. i) Possess a Built environment/Construction Post Graduate Qualification or equivalent Level 7* qualification (or will attain on graduation in Summer 2025**) OR ii) Possess a second-class or higher degree (must be clearly detailed on application form), or equivalent qualification (or will attain on graduation in Summer 2025**), in one of the following subjects: *Refer to Qualifications Framework for equivalencies **Proof of achieving the relevant qualification will be required prior to appointment APPLICATION PROCESS Application should be made using the on-line application form.
