BAND: Band 4 (To progress to Band 5 on completion of Year 2 of programme and Band 6 on completion of full programme) JOB PURPOSE: To successfully complete a 3 year development programme within our Project Delivery Department, gaining experience in a broad range of work and projects including completion of training and a relevant qualification. To support the Housing Executive’s Maintenance Programmes, assisting in the delivery of effective maintenance works. This will include supporting the effective commercial management of NIHE's assets, of high-quality works and compliance related investment. To assist in the delivery of a high-quality customer focused and cost-effective Asset Management service to the NIHE’s tenants. To contribute to the provision of a modern, professional and responsive service to support NIHE business delivery and our vision and values.
