This role is responsible for ensuring customers have an excellent experience from the moment they enter our clinic, taking blood samples from both private and corporate clients. This is a varied role that may also include the following responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive client appointments, including blood and urine sample collection, personal health measurements, and data entry into our Patient Information Systems (PIS). • Demonstrate sensitive communication to ensure client understanding and consent. • Maintain accurate records in PIS, uploading all relevant documentation. • Represent the company professionally at offsite events and appointments. • Engage in upselling and cross-selling at our private health clinic. • Proactively drive sales and exceed targets. • Complete company forms, specimen labelling, and laboratory test order forms accurately. • Demonstrate high IT literacy to manager various software systems and daily tasks. KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To be responsible to Operations Manager the for the delivery of an innovative health and fitness programmes. To provide and maintain a quality customer service, including devising and delivering health and fitness instruction programmes, centre-based coaching classes and Exercise Referral (i.e. PARs/Healthwise) and rehabilitation programmes. To ensure that facilities are clean and well prepared, all relevant equipment is serviceable and properly handled/set up/taken down.
