As part of the management structure, the Orchard Services is introducing a Team Manager to our service Management Team. The successful candidate will be involved in developing the new structure which will involve the management of two houses as part of one HIQA designated centre. The successful candidate will fulfil the role of the Person in Charge for this designated Centre. The Role: The Team Manager will provide leadership and direction for the team, actively coordinating the team to ensure the development of person-centred services as agreed on the Service Plan for each Service Area.
