We are located just outside the village of Dunlavin about 10km from Jct 3 on the M9. So if you are tired of the long commute Rathsallagh is an ideal choice. The business here is 90% event-driven, it’s a 5 day week high season March to September then 3 to 4 days after that, but you can more than make up hours even in low season. We close for Christmas 23rd to 27th inclusive in 2024. This position would suit a candidate who wants to work in a stress-free environment, with regular hours and foreknowledge of catering requirements such that rosters can be planned months in advance.
