Our IT Graduate Development Programme is structured into five distinct career paths where you will be able to grow your experience, as well as develop the necessary skills to help you on your way to career success. Infrastructure & Application Operations At ESB, the Infrastructure & Application Operations stream will provide opportunity to spend time in core areas including our Cloud team, Infrastructure Services, Data Storage, IT Service Management and Systems Engineering and Application Engineering. These areas are all critical to supporting the business units at ESB. As we, at ESB, continue to adapt to the changing world, with customer expectations higher than ever, and an increased focus on climate with a drive to Net Zero. ESB continues to make huge progress in responding to these conditions and adapting to renewables and all our Net Zero initiatives. Infrastructure & Application Operations are key to unlocking a new potential for ESB in this environment. What to expect Our bespoke IT Graduate Development Programme includes: Why Work with Us? Location Base location for the role is ESB’s state of the art new Head Office, F27, Dublin 2. Smart Working suitable – The successful candidate may combine remote / smart working within the jurisdiction (Republic of Ireland), with attendance at base for in-person collaboration, the frequency of which is agreed with the manager and subject to ongoing review. What We Look For? You should have (or be working towards) a minimum 2.1 Honours Degree in IT, Computer Sciences, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Finance or an equivalent course where IT was a component. Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical skills, combined with the ability to learn quickly.
