You’ll develop both soft and technical skills needed to become a future leader, while working on business-critical projects and accessing deep expertise. This is an excellent opportunity to gain best practices in all aspects of ICT, including people management, technical expertise, process, and project management. You’ll work with various Kerry ICT technologies and have potential opportunities for regional and global travel. You’ll be assigned a mentor to support and guide you throughout the program, and you’ll benefit from learning from our cross-functional subject matter experts. Previous ICT graduates have advanced to global senior leadership roles both within and outside the ICT function.
