Purpose of Role Manage the team of online fulfilment operatives to ensure completion of daily functions including administration, order fulfilment, Goods In, stock management and at all times be aware of and comply with Company Policies and Procedures.  Key responsibilities: On shift basis, direct, monitor, communicate with and control all online fulfilment operatives in the performance of their allocated functions to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency without compromising Health and Safety. · Plan, organise and co-ordinate activities to run a fast-moving working environment that is customer focused, utilising staff to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness. · Complete all administration functions as requested by the business. · Ensure equipment is operational and that all relevant checks are made and maintained, when problems arise, contacting your line manager to address the situation promptly. · Liaise with drivers/clients/customers when required in line with the operation. · Adhere to and ensure full awareness of all emergency procedures (disaster, fire and evacuations etc.) · Be conversant with and operate at all times within the current Health and Safety legislation including local departmental procedures. · Demonstrate at all times initiative skills within the operation. · To act as a member of a flexible team and foster good working relationships. · Embrace the introduction of new procedures and on new equipment technology. · Any other duties necessary in line with the Company. · Flexibility to working within other locations Education/Skills/Experience · Proficient in warehouse management system, INDEX, SAP, AS400 or equivalent, scanning system, and Microsoft office, Excel/Word. · Previous supervisory management experience to some level would be a distinct advantage; training to upskill will be given to the right candidate. · Ability to plan, organise and co-ordinate activities in a fast moving working environment that is customer focused, utilising staff to achieve maximum efficiency. · Assertive communicator with strong interpersonal skills. · Demonstrated success in working with and building relationships within a cross functional team. · Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for problem solving and developing solutions quickly and effortlessly with attention to detail. · A highly motivated individual. · Ability to work collaboratively with managers at all levels Shifts:  7:30am to 4:00pm or per business requirements. Car Park Operative

Job Purpose: Provide an efficient service to all Car Park customers in accordance with company policy and procedures and to offer excellent customer service at all times. Main Duties: Report to the Car Park Manager and support all aspects of the Car Park operation including the following: 1. To maintain a high professional standard of customer services at all times, including customer queries, jump starting vehicles, providing directions, securing vehicles, etc. 2. To staff and operate the car park equipment and undertake all duties in the car park, after full training, to ensure the efficient operation of the business. 3. Provide relief driving cover and support as required to the driving operations of the car parks, for example, minibus driving for the Park & Fly car parks. This will include fulfilling any driving related training as provided by the Company, e.g. Category D1 licence, CPC training etc. 4. Ensure all cash handled is conducted in an efficient and secure manner and register any cash received i.e. (cash, cheques, credit transfers) onto the car park recording system. 5. To maintain excellent housekeeping practices within the offices and car park areas such as litter collection. 6. Liaising with BIA Control Centre/airport Police e.g. regarding, reporting of incidents, accidents, conditions of road surfaces, etc, which may require recording for audit trail purposes. 7. To conduct car park audits as per the Car Park auditing programme, including daily inspection of company vehicles. 8. Process customer pre-bookings and respond any queries in an efficient and timely manner 9. Ensure that all Statutory and Company regulations regarding health and safety, fire and security are followed to protect airport users, staff members and the business interests of the Company. 10. Respond/assist to any emergency appropriately, and participate in any Emergency Exercise, as detailed in the Emergency Orders within the aerodrome manual. 11. Understand the company vision and pro-actively engage in its values: Integrity, Inclusiveness, Leadership, Teamwork, Safety & Security, Communication and Positivity, through the Performance and Development Programme. The above duties are not exhaustive and the Company may require you from time to time to undertake any reasonable tasks within your capacity. Essential 1.
