Principal Duties & Responsibilities: · Conduct accurate site surveys and ensure all data is recorded properly. · Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations performed at survey sites. · Prepare sketches, maps, reports, and descriptions of surveys to certify and assume liability for work completed. · Ensure adherence to all safety guidelines at sites. · Develop or improve operational systems, processes, and best practices that support organisational well-being. · Address client concerns promptly and professionally. · Complete ISO paperwork and perform electronic data collection. · Collaborate with managers to ensure seamless project progression. · Issue accurate quotes to clients based on survey findings. · Prepare tender documents and bid for projects as required. · Attend training, meetings etc in Head Office (Co Cavan) ISO Responsibilities: · Comply with Breffni Insulation’s QEHS Management System, performing work according to documented processes and procedures and maintaining required records. · Apply our QEHS policies in all aspects of your work. · Contribute towards Breffni Insulation's objectives and quality standards. · Ensure that Breffni Insulation’s internal staff and customer needs are met. · Participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes, reporting corrective actions, updates, and improvement ideas. Personal Specification: · Strong interpersonal and communication skills. · Excellent customer service orientation and ability to address client concerns effectively. · Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail. Requirements: · Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification. · Full clean driver's license. · Experience with SEAI grant processes/schemes an advantage.
