Requisition ID: 57813 Position Type: FT Permanent Workplace Arrangement: #LI-Hybrid About The Role The HR Senior Digital Analyst is responsible for supporting the HR business function globally on best practice use, governance, and monitoring of Kerry’s HRIS application (SuccessFactors). This role supports the following SuccessFactors modules: Talent, Learning, Recruitment, Compensation, as well as integrations from SuccessFactors to downstream systems including Payroll, Service Now, OpenText and Assignment Pro. The HR Senior Digital Analyst ensures the integration landscape is fully managed, leveraging proven SuccessFactors experience and HR knowledge to support projects, guide the HR business function through requirements gathering, and contribute to business process improvement, change management, quality assurance, risk management, and user enablement. Through collaboration and effective project delivery, this role ensures full value extraction from the SuccessFactors solution.
