This role is responsible for ensuring customers have an excellent experience from the moment they enter our clinic, taking blood samples from both private and corporate clients. This is a varied role that may also include the following responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive client appointments, including blood and urine sample collection, personal health measurements, and data entry into our Patient Information Systems (PIS). - Demonstrate sensitive communication to ensure client understanding and consent. - Maintain accurate records in PIS, uploading all relevant documentation. - Represent the company professionally at offsite events and appointments. - Engage in upselling and cross-selling at our private health clinic. - Proactively drive sales and exceed targets. - Complete company forms, specimen labelling, and laboratory test order forms accurately. - Demonstrate high IT literacy to manager various software systems and daily tasks. Essential criteria: - Phlebotomy certificate or equivalent. - High level of IT literacy. - Flexibility with working hours, inclusive of evenings and weekends. - Good customer service skills and experience. - Ability to manage existing clients and generate new clients. Desirable criteria: - Experience in a private healthcare setting. - Proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages. - Confidence and experience working internal / external events. - Sales / Retail experience.
