We are currently seeking a highly motivated Horticulture Assistant to join our Horticultural team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and expertise in Horticultural field to enhance the services provided by the Zoo. The position involves being responsible for maintaining the green appearance of Dublin Zoo, ensuring that the Zoo has a wide variety of plants and care for its good condition. Demands on the Horticulture Team vary from poisonous plant problems, soil compaction issues, visitor questions to providing stimulating items for the education team, apart from the demands of maintaining and development of a very diverse range of plants. Head Of Risk Management
AmTrust International are currently looking for a Head of Risk Management to join our team based out of our London office on a hybrid model. The role will be supporting the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer with the development and delivery of the Enterprise Risk Management plan. This position will be split between strategic initiatives and BAU activity such as carrying out: - Risk & Control assessment process - Risk Appetite design and reporting - Scope design and lead thematic reviews - Managing the production of the Own Risk Solvency Assessments (ORSA) process This role will require strong numerical capabilities (e.g. Actuarial experience) and understand the FCA and PRA Regulations and how we should be working within these regulations. To be successful in this role, you will have proven insurance and risk management experience and be able to work effectively with leaders across the business, insurance regulations and data analysis. The role requires strong written and verbal communication skills along with excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly at senior leadership, Committee and Board level.
