About the role we are currently recruiting for Planning Department Order Support on a full time, permanent basis for our Supply Chain Department in Listowel. The successful candidate will work with the Supply Chain team and Customer Care to ensure all orders are processed correctly on time and in full. The Supply Planner has a key role in fulfilling orders which have been placed by Kerry’s customers to the Customer Care team. This role will be responsive to the customers’ requirements and will maintain contact with the CC team keeping them informed of each orders progress. The role of this individual will resolve issues which may impact our customers and will direct their efforts to maximising customer satisfaction. This role will initially be on-site-full in Listowel on a full-time basis with potential to move to a hybrid model once established in the role. What you’ll be doing? Reporting to the planning manager, your main responsibilities will include: - Liaise with shipping / production / warehousing personnel regarding transport / supply issues. - Maintain close contact with all relevant parties and manage information sharing. - Respond to queries on shortages or changes to delivery schedules. - Assimilation and co-ordination of information. - Address emergency deliveries, should they arise, before the close of daily business. - General office administration. - Forecasting and stock management. Position Summary: To ensure a smooth and efficient running of the administrative duties for the Area Director Operations of both EMEA and US & Canada. Duties and Responsibilities: •Keep Area Directors diaries updated, ensure Area Directors of Operations stay on time for diary appointments, avoid diary conflicts and prioritise as appropriate. •Operate and keep up to date trace systems for Area Director of Operations, ensuring that items are brought forward for action on the correct dates. •Attend Departmental meetings, ensuring that meetings minutes are prepared and distributed within one day after the meeting.
