We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team at Step Right Footwear in Waterford. As a key member of our retail outlet and ecommerce store, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction is the number one priority. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs, strong attention to detail, organisational and flexibility skills. They must be customer-driven and able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service and sales experience is an advantage.
